Terms and Conditions

1. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Participants acknowledge that, by entering the competition, the terms and conditions contained herein, are accepted by such participant.
3. The prize is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash and, if lost, will not be re-issued.
4. Employees of Harvey World Travel, Three Cities, Kulula and Europcar, their advertising agencies and immediate families may not enter the competition.
5. Competition entries close 31 August 2010.
6. The prize must be redeemed before 22nd December 2010.
7. Accommodation is for two people sharing, on a bed and breakfast basis, except Golden Horse Casino and Westville Hotel which is on a room only basis. Please note that Alpine Heath Resort offers a midweek break and Royal Palm a weekend stay, which means that the prize winner must design his / her itinerary to provide for these restrictions.
8. The prize excludes car rental insurance. The expected “one way” rental fee has been waivered by Europcar.
9. All decisions by Harvey World Travel and/or the appointed judges concerning the selection process related to competitions are final and binding on all participants and no reasons will be given for such decisions. The participant agrees not to challenge or appeal against such decisions.
10. All other travelling expenses and or additional costs will be at the winner’s expense.
