CONTIKI

The Contiki Story: In 1961, a young New Zealander named John Anderson arrived in London. He wanted to see Europe but didn't want to travel alone and he didn't have a lot of money, so he came up with a plan. He put a deposit on a minibus and got a group of young people to travel with. They spent 12 weeks checking out Europe together and had a brilliant time. At the end of the trip, John tried to sell the minibus but no one wanted to buy it. So in 1962 he advertised his Europe trip again. This time, he fit two Summer trips in, and Contiki Holidays was "born".

The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participants acknowledge that, by entering the competition, the terms and conditions contained herein, are accepted by such participant.
Entrants must have purchased a Contiki tour during the months of January and February 2012. Only online entries with a valid booking confirmation will be eligible.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash and, if lost, will not be re-issued.
The photograph of the camera featured is just a representation of the prize and may change due to stock availability and colour of product.
The prize winner must accept that that his/her name and/or likeness may be announced in prize sponsors literature or on the Internet for publicity or advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Employees of Harvey World Travel, Contiki or their advertising agencies and immediate families may not enter the competition.
Competition entries close 29 February 2012. The winner will be announced on www.harveyworld.co.za on 2 March 2012.
All decisions by Harvey World Travel and/or the appointed judges concerning the selection process related to competitions are final and binding on all participants and no reasons will be given for such decisions. The participant agrees not to challenge or appeal against such decisions.
